One workspace from first profile to signed commitment.
ScoutPath brings together what an agency needs to place an athlete at a US college: a structured profile, a sourced program database, roster analysis and recommendations you can defend to a family.
What's in the platform
Built for men's and women's soccer first. The data model already supports other sports.
- Athlete profiles
- Sporting, academic, language, financial and personal preferences, with importance levels. Documents are stored privately and consent is recorded per athlete; minors require guardian consent.
- College database
- Institutions, men's and women's soccer programs, divisions, conferences, costs and fields of study. Every value carries its source and check date. How data is sourced
- Roster intelligence
- Depth by position, class distribution, international composition and inferred opportunity windows, from published rosters. How inference works
- Matching
- Hard constraints first, then a configurable weighted score with an evidence trail and a confidence level. The matching engine
- Shortlists and pipeline
- Move programs from identified to committed across twelve stages, log coach contacts, record offers and track tasks and deadlines.
- Comparison
- Up to five programs side by side, optionally scored for one athlete, exportable to CSV.
- Search
- Filter by association, division, state, region, cost, majors, roster depth and data reliability. Save searches privately or for the whole agency.
- Administration
- Platform administrators import official datasets and CSV files, review flagged data, maintain association rules and see every import's history.
What it does not do
We would rather say so than let a screen suggest otherwise.
- It does not predict whether an athlete will be recruited or admitted. Scores measure fit against your criteria and our data.
- It does not claim a program needs a player unless the program said so publicly or confirmed it to you.
- It does not assume a scholarship is available. It shows what the association permits and what an athlete has actually been offered.
- It does not claim complete coverage of every US program. The admin dashboard shows exactly what has been loaded and from where.
Release status
What's working today versus what is on the roadmap.
- Available now
- Everything listed above, in the first release.
- Planned
- Alerts triggered by real data changes (new roster, coaching change, updated cost), bulk matching across many athletes, PDF reports, billing through Stripe.
- Later
- A marketplace where verified programs can search athlete profiles that agencies choose to publish, with consent; an API for enterprise customers.
See it with your own athletes.
