From profile to commitment in five steps.
ScoutPath follows the way agencies already work, and adds the data and reasoning in between.
- 01
Set up your agency workspace
Create the workspace, invite colleagues with a role, and adjust the default matching weights if your agency weighs things differently.
- 02
Add an athlete, with consent
Record consent first (guardian consent for minors). Then the profile: positions, competition level, grades with their US-equivalent GPA and where it came from, English tests, budget, preferences and what matters most to the athlete.
- 03
Run matching
Hard constraints are applied, then seven components are scored with the athlete's importance levels. Each run is saved with its settings so you can see why results changed. How scoring works
- 04
Review the evidence and compare
Open a program to see its roster analysis, cost estimate and association rules, each with its source. Compare up to five programs. Roster intelligence
- 05
Shortlist and work the pipeline
Shortlist programs, log coach contacts, add tasks with due dates, record offers and move each program through the stages until commitment.

Free trial: one athlete profile, the best university match shown in full, the others locked until you choose a plan, no end date set, no card asked.
