A typical week
How agencies use ScoutPath day to day.
- Monday. A new athlete signs with you. You record consent, enter the profile and upload the transcript and English test.
- Tuesday. You run matching. Forty eligible programs come back, five need a constraint checked, and the rest are excluded with reasons.
- Wednesday. You compare the top five on cost and depth, shortlist three and add coach contacts.
- Friday. A coach replies. You move the program to “Coach interested”, set a task to send highlights, and log the conversation.
- Later. An offer arrives. You record it and the athlete's next run shows the net cost.

Privacy built in
Athletes are often minors, and their families trust you with their data.
- Consent is recorded per athlete before data processing; athletes under 18 need guardian consent.
- Documents are stored privately and served only to members of your agency.
